Madisyn DeLane

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I graduated with my diploma from Louisville High School in 2022. I also went to R.G. Drage, a vocational school, got my STNA license and graduated in 2022 as well. I attended The University of Akron online and graduated with an associates degree in technical studies. I took my real estate classes through Hondros and passed my test January of 2025.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I've always had a passion for real estate. Buying or selling a home is a major moment, and I wanted to be someone clients could count on to guide them with care and confidence. I chose real estate because it allows me to work for myself, grow my business, and build long-term relationships. I love the combination of strategy, people, and problem solving.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I live in the small town of Minerva, I love being in the peacefulness of the country. I really enjoy spending my free time outdoors so being so close to a variety of parks, ponds, and farmlands really gives me the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of a small town. We have a variety of locally owned businesses and diners to really show support to our neighbors.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I really enjoy spending time outside. Hiking, taking my dog for walks, or just relaxing on the porch are my favorite things to do. I love enjoying the beauty of nature. When I'm not outside I really like being in the kitchen, I love to cook and bake whether I'm trying a new recipe or making my favorite go to.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

The five possessions I would keep are my phone because you can't really do anything without it and it hold photos, numbers, and keeps me updated. My phone charger because our phones only stay charged so long. My car, I love my car it gets me everywhere I need to be and I drive a lot. The earrings that my grandma gave me. I wear them every single day. Lastly a blanket because I could not survive without.
